CoParenting Solutions
A Level 2 (Advanced) Class
This ten-hour class is an intensive skill-building program completed in three sessions. It is an advanced class for divorced or separated parents who have difficulty communicating and reaching agreements about their children. The class emphasizes communication and problem-solving skills in a small group format. This class takes the information taught in Level 1 coparenting classes to the next level by teaching the communication skills that are known to lead to conflict resolution and mutual agreements. De-escalate angry interactions
Take time-out from conflict
Use reflective listening
Commit to peaceful coparenting
Keep children out of the middle
Acknowledge each other's strengths
Interact with manners
Maintain a business-like relationship
